Other Ways to Support HCHS
There are numerous ways to support Holyoke Catholic High School. From making a cash contribution to naming the school in your will, your generosity helps to keep Catholic as affordable as possible and serves to ensure its long-term future. In Fiscal Year 2008 the full cost of tuition was $6,600, while the actual cost to educate each student was more than $10,500.
Besides outright or planned gifts, other opportunities to support the school include:
- Shop at Big Y and Stop & Shop and apply your purchases to Holyoke Catholic. A percentage of your purchase will be included in a rebate check sent to the school at the end of the year. Please note, you must redesignate HCHS every year.
- If you have a Target credit card, go to www.target.com to designate Holyoke Catholic to receive funding from your REDcard. Once in the website, go to Education, then click Take Charge of Education, followed by Find/Designate a School. After you complete the form and designate Holyoke Catholic, Target will donate 1% of your purchases at Target or Target.com to our school. Accumulated donations are distributed to schools in March and September. It's as easy as that!
- Donate art items for the Arts & Music Benefit on April 30, 2009. This new event promises to be a big part of bringing alumni, supporters and the current student body together each year. Plan to attend as well!
